Roadworks
Delivering state-of-the-art road construction and infrastructure solutions, the Limen Civil Division combines advanced technology with decades of hands-on experience. From multi-lane highways to city streets, we take pride in our full range of roadwork capabilities—building and maintaining the roads that keep our communities connected. You can see our work across the GTA and beyond—from Hwy 410 to the Don Valley Parkway and right into your neighborhood. Our engineers, technicians, and on-site supervisors ensure every project is expertly planned and executed. Through detailed site studies and careful scheduling, we deliver projects that are efficient, safe, and built to last. With specialized equipment such as concrete slip formers and asphalt milling machines, we complete projects with maximum precision and minimal reliance on subcontractors—giving our clients better control, quality, and results.
Bridge construction and restoration
Building, repairing, and refurbishing bridges is a highly specialized discipline, one that demands precision, innovation, and experience. Over the years, Limen’s Civil Division has mastered the art and science of bridge construction, delivering proven results across a growing portfolio of complex structural projects. With extensive engineering expertise, in-house technical know-how, and advanced specialty equipment, we successfully complete bridge projects of every scale and complexity. Our experience spans both new bridge construction and the rehabilitation of existing structures reflecting our depth of capability and expanding range of expertise. Culverts and drainage
At Limen’s Civil Division, our approach to culverts and drainage is rooted in precision engineering, robust infrastructure design, and proven field performance. We specialize in the installation, rehabilitation, and replacement of culverts ranging from reinforced concrete box structures to steel and precast pipes, designed to channel water efficiently under roadways, embankments, and other critical infrastructure. Drawing on industry best practices, we ensure each culvert is carefully sized for optimal hydraulic flow, properly bedded with high-quality granular material, fully backfilled to achieve structural stability, and protected against erosion and scour. Our systems are designed to meet stringent regulatory standards, support effective stormwater management, and promote long-term durability. With our in-house equipment and skilled crews, Limen delivers turnkey drainage solutions that enhance site safety, maintain roadway integrity, and integrate seamlessly into broader infrastructure networks.
Sewers and watermains
Limen’s underground construction capabilities span from small service installations to large trunk sewers and feedermains. Our team is experienced in both greenfield developments and complex mainstreet projects. With a highly skilled management team and expert site crews, we have the technical expertise to execute work in challenging environments, navigating existing underground utilities, watercourses, and high-traffic intersections with precision.
In collaboration with major developers, Limen has played a key role in sewer and watermain construction across Southern Ontario. Our portfolio includes numerous local improvement projects for the towns of Alliston, Halton Hills, Meaford, Orangeville, and Tottenham; the cities of Mississauga and Brampton; the regions of Halton and Peel; and the counties of Dufferin and Wellington.
Every project is executed by Limen’s own personnel and fleet of equipment, ensuring full control over quality, safety, and on-time delivery.
Asphalt paving, curbs, and sidewalks

The Ontario Hot Mix Producers Association awarded Limen the Excellence in Asphalt Paving Award, while the Ministry of Transportation named us Regional Hot Mix Paving Contractor of the Year. Limen was also honoured as Paver of the Year by Ontario’s Ministry of Transportation, a distinction earned through our exceptional performance on the Highway 10/Hurontario Street rehabilitation project. From small rural roads and commuter parking lots to large-scale urban highways and private industrial developments, Limen’s paving team delivers results with precision and minimal disruption.
